1. Product and operator
WholeShot is a Chrome extension operated by vaisoft (238-70-00743), J866, 8F, City Plaza, 191 Dongbaekjungang-ro, Giheung-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea. Product and billing support: support@vaisoft.io.
2. Free and PRO features
Single-page full or visible capture, preview and unedited original PNG, JPEG, WebP and PDF downloads are free. Original format conversion and automatic downloads are also free. PRO includes crop, hide boxes, arrows, text and highlights; saving edited results; clipboard copy; clickable PDF links; record stamps; and batch capture across screen sizes with ZIP download. Free original saving applies to ordinary single-page captures without paid processing. Active PRO access is required to save or open edited, stamped, linked-PDF or batch results again. Captures originally stored as PDF use a download-only viewer. The separate original-download action excludes edits and can expose content hidden in the edited view. Files already downloaded remain yours.
3. Annual subscription
The selected price is USD 9.99 per year. It renews annually until cancelled. Paddle processes purchases as merchant of record and displays the applicable tax, currency and final total before payment. There is no monthly or lifetime launch plan. One purchase covers one person and up to five active browser installations. Sandbox transactions are tests only and do not provide live access.
4. Cancellation and access
Cancel the next renewal through Paddle’s billing portal, available from Manage PRO. Cancellation normally keeps access until the end of the period already paid for. An approved full refund or revocation ends the related PRO access. Uninstalling WholeShot, deleting a key or disconnecting a browser does not cancel the subscription. Original downloads remain free after PRO ends.
5. Sign-in and browser installations
Use the email from your purchase to receive a sign-in link, then enter the confirmation code shown in the browser where you requested it. You can also use the license key from checkout. Keep keys and sign-in links private. Manage PRO lets you name your installations, disconnect a previous installation or replace it with the browser you are using. Each Chrome profile counts as a separate installation, even on the same computer. Disconnecting an installation does not cancel billing. If you cannot access your purchase email, contact support with your order reference. Do not send your full key or card details by email. Online verification is required; the temporary outage allowance is limited to 72 hours and cannot extend past the paid expiry.
6. Capture limitations and responsible use
Chrome blocks capture on some pages. Very large, embedded or changing pages can affect results. Screen-size presets adjust the browser viewport and do not test physical devices. Check captures and edits before using or sharing them. Record stamps help with record keeping but do not prove authenticity or provide independent legal evidence. Highlights do not conceal private information; use opaque hide boxes where needed. Only capture and share material you are entitled to use.
7. Refunds and applicable rights
Our refund policy describes requests within 14 days of an initial purchase or renewal. Mandatory consumer rights and applicable Paddle buyer terms take precedence where required. These terms do not remove rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
