1. Purpose
These terms set out the conditions for using vaisoft.io (the “Site”), operated by vaisoft (바이소프트, the “Company”). Each service the Company provides, such as Tastic, CoCheck, and Openlearn, will be governed by its own terms of service at launch.
2. Effect and changes
These terms take effect when posted on the Site. The Company may change them where necessary, within the limits of applicable law, and will announce the effective date and the changes on the Site.
3. Use of the Site
The Site provides information about the Company and its products, and anyone may browse it free of charge.
4. Intellectual property
Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the text, images, logos, and design on the Site belong to the Company. Rights in third-party content shown in product screens, such as films, music, and artworks, belong to their respective owners. Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, distribute, or modify Site content without the Company’s prior consent.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- interfere with the normal operation of the Site;
- abuse the contact form, including sending spam or automated bulk submissions;
- submit inquiries using another person’s information; or
- otherwise violate applicable law.
6. Product information
Product names, features, and launch timelines described on the Site reflect work in progress and may change without notice.
7. External links
The Site may link to websites operated by third parties. Their content and handling of personal information are governed by their operators’ own policies.
8. Limitation of liability
Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the Company is not liable for damages arising from your use of the Site.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes related to the Site will be resolved by the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
