vaisoft (바이소프트, the “Company”) establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy under the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea, to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related concerns promptly. This policy applies to the Company’s website (vaisoft.io). Each service the Company launches is governed by its own privacy policy.
1. Personal information we process and how we collect it
- Contact form: name, email address, and message (required), entered directly by you.
- Email inquiries: sender email address, sender name, and message.
- Automatically generated information: your IP address, browser information, and access time may be processed for security and operations when you visit the website or send an inquiry.
2. Purposes of processing
- Reviewing and answering inquiries, and reviewing and replying to partnership proposals
- Preventing spam and automated abuse, and keeping the website secure
3. Retention period
Personal information related to an inquiry is kept for one year from the date the inquiry is resolved, and then destroyed. Where a law requires longer retention, we keep it for the period that law specifies.
4. Provision to third parties
The Company does not provide your personal information to third parties, except where you have separately consented or where Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act otherwise permit, such as when required by law.
5. Processors and international transfers
The Company entrusts the following processing tasks to run the website and answer inquiries. In the process, personal information is transferred outside Korea.

- If you do not want your information transferred abroad, please do not use the contact form or email. In that case, we may not be able to answer your inquiry.
6. Destruction
The Company destroys personal information without delay once the retention period ends or the purpose is achieved. Electronic files are deleted in a way that cannot be recovered.
7. Your rights and how to exercise them
You may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information by emailing the contact in Section 10. The Company will act without delay. You may also exercise these rights through a legal representative or an authorized agent.
8. Security measures

- Rate limiting and a security check on the contact form to prevent abuse
- Application logs do not record message contents or email addresses
9. Cookies and automatic collection
The Company does not use cookies for advertising or behavioral analytics on this website. The contact-form security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) may process browser information to confirm that a request comes from a person.
